Q. After using Eagle One Tire Shine, I noticed some splattering on the lower panels of my vehicle. Why did this happen and how can I remove this?
A. First off, to remove the sling, use a product such as our Eagle One Wipe & Shine. Mist onto the affected area and wipe with a clean terry or micro-fiber towel. There are a few reasons this could have happened. The best way to prevent this is to start with a well-prepped tire. Use a tire cleaning product (Eagle One Wheel & Tire Cleaner) and scrub the tire with a brush to remove grease, oil, grime, and dressing buildup. Next, apply Tire Shine with one of our Tire Swipes. Wait 10-15 minutes and buff with a clean Tire Swipe or towel. This should give you a long-lasting, glossy finish without tire sling.
Q. I used Tire Shine on my trim and accidentally got some of it on the paint. How should I remove it?
A. Use a damp rag to wipe the areas on the paint affected. If it is still visible, try using Eagle One Wipe & Shine.
Q. I have heard that using tire dressings will harm my tires. Will your product cause my tires to crack?
A. Eagle One Tire Shine will not cause any harm to your tires.
